# Stock sources and licences: "Same story, three ways"

Every clip below is a stand-in for the client's real rescue footage. All three renders carry the label "SPEC AD. STOCK FOOTAGE STAND-IN" for their full length. Downloaded 2026-09-11 at no cost, without API keys. Author names were read from each source page on 2026-09-11; Mixkit shows contributors by handle only.

Read the full clause on each site before any real campaign. These three licences allow this use (an edited spec ad), but none of them turns stock footage into evidence of a real rescue, which is why every frame is labelled.

## Not used

Three other clips in the research manifest (mixkit-26381 kitten under a bench, mixkit-38824 orange cat on a lap, mixkit-45406 grey kitten on a studio sweep) were downloaded and left out. mixkit-38824 and mixkit-45406 are excluded by the brief: they are different cats and one reads as a studio shot.

## Type and end card

Captions and the top label are rendered from macOS system fonts (Arial Bold, Menlo Bold). The end card is a flat 0x1F3D2B green with white type and a white Donate button shape; nothing on it is a third-party asset.
